Like most developers, I’ve experienced more than a fair share of angst from having to deal with the quarks of Internet Explorer (and it’s many iterations) while developing and testing web application. FireFox has been the developers’ Hail Mary for years, but IE’s stronghold on the web users still meant that cross-browser testing focused largely on the many version on IE.
